Hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing are conducted as per system classification and design pressure.
•NDT (RT, UT, PT, MT) is carried out on critical joints as per piping class.
•Leak testing and flushing/cleaning are carried out using approved procedures.
•Inspection is jointly carried out with QA, Class Surveyor, and Client Representative.
